You guys.... Oh WOW! I am BLOWN AWAY by how you've all made #perception_collection leap and soar this weekend! Just chin-droppingly astonished. Three days in and this little project that Christine and I hatched has far, far exceeded my (our?) wildest expectations. So many stunning photos and so much support and such a sense of community developing. I'm a happy clam. I know we said we'd feature some of our favorite photos on our blogs at the end of the two weeks, but I'm not sure I can wait!

Other than that, how was Easter? I dub ours, The Half-Assed Easter. I hid UNDYED eggs Sunday morning and had to harp on Cal all day to find them so we don't, you know. Have eggs sitting about the house. He has two to go yet today. That all sounds awful, doesn't it? It wasn't, really! It was great! Lunch with friends on Friday, dinner and a mad game of spoons with our local boys on Saturday, and the world's coldest baseball game on Sunday. And hey, get a load of that up there, I made a CAKE. All in all, I dub this a success. Cal has one more day off of school, so everyone is (tiptoe, tiptoe) still asleep. After a great weekend, I dub this "Not a bad start to the week."
